Join us for the opening of the 27th Biennial of Design, organised by the Museum of Architecture and Design (MAO) in cooperation with the Centre for Creativity (CzK). Curated by Jane Withers, BIO27 Super Vernaculars explores a growing and ambitious movement that takes inspiration from vernacular design to create imaginative responses to contemporary environmental, social and political challenges.

An opening panel discussion exploring the Super Vernaculars movement
with Jane Withers, curator of BIO27, Jan Boelen, artistic director of Atelier LUMA, Marco Sammicheli, Triennale di Milano, and Vida Rucli from the Robida collective. Chaired by Maja Vardjan, architect and curator at MAO.
